Fall is in the Air!

Our first week at Vines Vintage Market was amazing. So many new friends and faces. One of my favorite new friends is Mady. She is of German descent and is 84 years old. I had a wonderful conversation with her while she was browsing the shop and discovered she has a wonderful eye for both fashion and design. She fell in love with the cool tufted chair from The New Anthology complete with modern black and white graphic pillow and also purchased one of my favorite skirts from the boutique. Sorry to see it go because I was contemplating snagging it for myself, but it will be fabulous on Mady and I am so happy it has a new home in her wardrobe. She promised to come and see me while she was wearing it!
We also had our first furniture sale and a fabulous antique table/message center found a new home with Deb and a wonderful green dresser is now a custom bathroom fixture for Erica Lee. Such fun friends finding wonderful one of a kind vintage, antique and repurposed items for their homes!

Here is the cute message center that has a new home! From the antique window turned chicken wire screen for holding messages to the adorable side hooks and rusted antique fixtures on the front and sides of this table, this one of a kind piece is entering the home of someone who genuinely appreciates it's character and appeal. A conversation piece for many years to come created by Janice @ Studio J.

This is the gorgeous green dresser from Ever Whimsical that is now a custom bathroom counter. So very creative and Pottery Barn style! I love this cute family that purchased it am looking forward to their frequent visits to the shop as they furnish their new home.

As the long summer days have come to an end and we are officially enjoying the gorgeous fall colors and crisp clean air in Fort Collins, the anticipation of hot apple cider, hay rides, corn mazes and the bountiful harvest surrounds us and encourages us to nest. Please come by the shop and stroll through the beautiful offerings of our vendors. Straw pumpkins, warmly scented candles, thick rough hewn baskets, harvest florals, vintage linens and wooly sweaters are just a few of the wonderful things you will find at our shop to welcome this beautiful season into your home. Rusted Knob and Green has an assortment of decorative accessories that speak the language of home. It's all in the details.
Open Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sundays 10-3. Our shop is located @ the corner of Drake and Shields in Fort Collins in the Cimarron Plaza shopping center with Lamar's Donuts.
